By submitting your demo to oury, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Submission and Review:

   - You are voluntarily submitting your original work for consideration by oury.

   - You understand that submission does not guarantee a response or a contract.

 

2. Exclusive Consideration Period:

   - You agree that for a period of 7 days following your submission and the live stream preformed by @theonlymajed, you will not sign any contracts or agreements concerning the submitted demo with any other record labels.

   - This period allows oury exclusive consideration of your demo.

 

3. Intellectual Property:

   - You retain all rights to your submitted demo. oury claims no ownership over your work unless a mutual agreement is reached post-review.

 

4. Public Review:

   - You acknowledge that your demo may be reviewed publicly on YouTube during @theonlyMajed's live review session.

 

5. Legal Compliance:

   - By submitting, you confirm that your demo is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
